6:50 am. Lindsay stood up for a few minutes, still very dizzy so she did not take a walk yet we will soon. The night shift nurses not so good. Dr. Boll stopped by and cleared her to eat real food, room service starts at 7 so we will get some food in her soon and then over to more stable medication. Dr. Boll reaffirmed how happy she was with the surgery and could not believe what a great job Dr. Eden had done preserving the skin which made her job much easier. She said Lindsay could leave the hospital later today or in the morning depending on how she is feeling.

wow.....I cannot believe they will have her leave so early. I am so sorry to hear she is in so much pain...I pray the new meds give her relief.

ReplyDeletePraying for the pain to subside quickly, Brian! Happy that the doctors were so pleased, too. I'm surprised they may release her today. That must mean they anticipate the pain level to drop dramatically. The food will definitely help, too. Please keep in mind that we are close by, don't hesitate to call on us for anything! Your updates have been so important to us!
